Nepal is facing catastrophic flooding after a glacier collapse triggered a wall of water through its river valleys, sweeping away homes, roads, and bridges. We Help Nepal is reactivating our emergency network to respond.
Drawing on 30 years of experience — including our work following the 2015 earthquake — we are assessing where our efforts can do the most good right now.
On the ground, Mr. Raj Bhatta is already delivering supplies to Battar, and we're committed to supporting his work and others in the days and weeks ahead. As floodwaters recede, our focus will shift to providing shelter and essential survival supplies for displaced families.
